If you would like to permanently delete your Love First Poimen account and all related personal information (email, password, name, and any location history), please follow the steps below:
Send an email to support@phareztech.online with the subject line: Delete My Account.
Include the email address you used to register your account so we can verify your request.
You may also call +233 420 222 016 to confirm or ask questions about the process.
All personally identifiable data—email, encrypted password, name, and stored location records—will be permanently removed from our servers.
We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
After deletion, your account cannot be restored. You will need to create a new account to use the app again.
Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account or data.
You must contact us using the email or phone above to complete the deletion process.
